The thing I love about manufacturing is getting really excited about something that most people would walk past, or even use, every day – without ever knowing the engineering and skill that has gone into making that object.
Many manufacturers I work with start by telling me that their product is dull and I’ve proved them wrong every time, re-packaging what they do into an innovative and market-leading brand.
A lot of the time, the problem isn’t in what you make, or your capacity, it’s about changing your company culture to engage with modern marketing methods – from digital marketing to leveraging trade shows to how you communicate with your customers online.
